Use a Constellation to map connections between your human intelligence and Pryzm data, visualize stakeholders, identify Opportunities, and bring your go-to-market strategy to life. Orion can also reveal previously unknown connections and uncover hidden influencers, competitive relationships, and funding pathways. See the full ecosystem around a pursuit: who influences decisions, how organizations are connected, and where budgets and contracts intersect so you can prioritize outreach with confidence. To get started: Select the Default Constellation, or create a new constellation by selecting New Constellation.

Creating Nodes from across Pryzm

Using the Add to Orion Button

Nearly any entity within Pryzm can be mapped within Orion. This includes Opportunities, Awards, Budgets, Companies, People, Government Organizations, Committees, Tasks, Meetings, and more. On the entity’s page, click the Add to Orion button in the top right of the browser. Screenshot2026 02 02at11 21 04PM Once you’ve identified and mapped a node to your Constellation, select Open Orion in the pop-up that emerges to navigate directly to your newly mapped node within your Constellation. Screenshot2026 02 02at11 22 37PM New nodes will appear with a flashing green alert within your Constellation, standing out from previously mapped nodes.

Orion Contents

Interconnectedness — Edges

Draw and modify edges between mapped entities to depict relationships. On an edge, you can include custom text or build a catalog of managed relationships. Screenshot2026 02 02at11 24 16PM Modify the directional arrow to depict, for example, high to low or supporting/supported relationships. Change the edge to curved, stepped, or straight. Modify the weight and color of the edge, and depict it as a solid or dotted line. Screenshot2026 02 02at11 40 02PM Create custom edge relationships to further define connections between nodes. Note: Connections made in Constellations will also update connections between Records elsewhere in Pryzm.

Interconnectedness — Groups

Groups are used to combine nodes in a common place. Screenshot2026 02 02at11 29 50PM Groups appear in the search menu under the group’s parent name, with all nodes belonging to that group. Modify the color, size, border, and placement of the group.

People

Several unique capabilities are available within a person’s node. Namely, once you’ve selected a person’s node, you can canvass the range of Relations the person has across your workspace by selecting Relations. On this same pop-up, you can depict the strength of a relationship using the multi-colored icons, hide a node, lock a node, or delete a node. Screenshot2026 02 02at11 31 55PM Also, once selected, a person’s information will emerge as a sidebar where you can review that Record’s details and all associated activity and interactions, enrich their profile to unlock deeper contact and work history information, and review all associated Tasks, Notes, Files, and other linkages. Use Relations to quickly add groups of entities already connected to a particular node. Screenshot2026 02 02at11 34 12PM Select the Relations to add to your Constellation. Use the pop-up window in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen to arrange your nodes, and select Apply to confirm your selection.

Companies

Capabilities similar to those of People nodes exist within a Company node. Review the entirety of a Company’s Record by selecting that node and reviewing its available Relations. As with People, you can review all relations, depict strength of relationship, and lock, hide, or delete the node. In the side panel, you will see a brief description of the company and can review and update all the ways the Company is interconnected throughout your workspace.

Other Orion Notes

To delete a Constellation, you must first archive it. After five days, you’ll be able to delete archived Constellations permanently. Find Archive by selecting the three dots on the right side of a given Constellation’s tile.
