First time logging in:

  1. When you’ve been added to your organization’s workspace, you’ll receive an automated invite.
  2. That invite will bring you to the sign up page (here).
  3. If you have any issues logging in, contact support@pryzm.io.
After successfully logging in, win quickly by:
  1. Integrating your Email and Calendar and changing settings (if applicable and unclassified).
  2. Orienting yourself to the platform by:
    1. Building your first Feed in the Capture Module.
    2. Building your first Company Tracker in the Industry Module.
    3. Configuring your Records and their Attributes in the Data Models settings for your CRM.
    4. Adding your first Record from an Opportunity from within the Capture Module.
  3. Setting up your Pryzm Chat to work as an analyst:
    1. Use Chat to surface opportunities, budget lines, and government contacts within program offices; take agentic CRM actions; create notes, tasks, and emails; and query Chat for executive reporting.
  4. Downloading and signing into the Pryzm mobile app on the Apple App Store.
